Get the Caller's Rate Limit Profile
Returns the authenticated member’s current rate limit profile: the read, write, and cancel bucket refill rate, capacity, and unit cost. Every user, account, and API key owned by the member shares this same capacity — creating another key does not increase it. See the rate limits guide for shared capacity and retry behavior.
